• To ensure your Disruptor runs flawlessly, your host rifle must be equipped with the following components:
• Full-Auto Profile BCG: A standard M16-cut / full-auto bolt carrier group is explicitly required to actuate the active reset mechanism. Semi-auto carriers will not work.
• Proprietary Safety Selector: The included 3-position safety selector must be installed alongside the cassette; standard mil-spec safety levers will not function.
• Anti-Walk Pins: These are absolutely necessary to keep the drop-in cassette firmly anchored in the receiver under consistent recoil.

Buffer Usage Guide: Tuning for Your Barrel Length

Getting your buffer weight right is the single most critical factor in preventing bolt bounce, short-stroking, and out-of-battery light strikes when running a forced reset trigger.

Because the Partisan Disruptor forces the trigger forward against your finger, the bolt carrier group must have enough reciprocating mass to overcome that mechanical resistance. That being said, alternatively a specialized BCG such as the KAK Deadblow Carrier can be used.

Partisan Disruptor vs. Super Safety

While both systems accomplish a similar goal of vastly increasing the cyclic capabilities of your standard semi automatic AR-15, their manual of arms and mechanical designs differ significantly.

It operates on a traditional 3-position rotational axis (Safe, Semi, Active Reset), making it instantly familiar to anyone accustomed to standard AR platforms. Step-by-Step Installation Process

1. Clear & Disassemble: Unload the firearm, verify an empty chamber, remove the magazine, and separate the upper and lower receivers.
2. Remove Factory Components: Loosen the pistol grip screw to relieve spring tension on the safety selector detent. Slide out the factory safety lever, push out the hammer and trigger pins, and remove the stock trigger group.
3. Set Cassette: Drop the pre-assembled Partisan Disruptor cassette directly into the receiver's trigger pocket.
4. Insert 3-Position Safety: Slide the included proprietary safety selector into the lower, using a small punch or tool to depress the safety detent if necessary.
5. Secure Fasteners: Tighten the pistol grip screw. Insert the anti-walk pins through the receiver and cassette. Always apply medium-strength thread locker to the pin screws.
6. Reattach Upper Receiver: When joining the upper and lower receivers, pull the charging handle back roughly an inch so the rear lug of the bolt carrier group clears the out-of-battery safety sear on the cassette.
